An accomplished and experienced solicitor with over 11 years of experience, Deva Menon studied law in the United Kingdom graduating with a Bachelor in Law (1999). In 2009, Deva migrated from Malaysia to Australia to begin a new life and continue her career in law. During this time, it became very clear to Deva how complex the Australian Migration legal system and process is, ensuring applications and accompanying documentation adheres to all current Australian Immigration law requirements. It was only due to Deva’s experience as a practicing Lawyer and comprehensive knowledge of migration regulations that she successfully navigated the system.
In 2014, Deva obtained a Graduate Certificate in Australian Migration Law and Practice with a resolve to simplify the immigration process for future potential residents of Australia regardless of country of origin or type of visa being sought.
In 2015, Deva Menon was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor with the Supreme Court of Western Australia, and has since been a licensed practicing Immigration Law within Australia.
